1.Green formulation (chromium-free, low impurity, high purity system)

1） Eliminate chromium-containing refractory materials. Chromates are toxic hazardous substances. Replace them with materials such as alumina and silica, which are suitable for the flow channels, degassing chambers, and furnace linings. 

2）Low impurity, low sodium, low iron formula: Reduces the introduction of impurities into the aluminum liquid, lowers the scrap rate, and reduces the secondary energy consumption caused by repeated smelting.

2. Product form upgrade: Prefabricated components (prefabricated blocks, steel shell flow channels, prefabricated degassing boxes) form the core of the green concept.
