Built with multi-layer thermal insulation refractory structure, the ladle effectively slows down the heat loss of high-temperature molten aluminum during long-distance transfer. It stabilizes the molten aluminum temperature, avoids secondary heating energy consumption, and greatly improves the yield of aluminum ingots and castings while reducing production energy costs.
The inner wall is lined with high-temperature resistant, anti-wetting refractory materials specially customized for molten aluminum. It effectively prevents aluminum liquid adhesion and slag bonding. No frequent manual cleaning is required, which reduces labor intensity, avoids material waste, and extends the overall service life of the transfer ladle.
The whole ladle body adopts integral thickened steel shell welding process with high structural strength, strong pressure resistance and anti-deformation ability. Equipped with a self-locking tilting mechanism, it ensures stable and safe pouring operation without sudden slipping or tilting. The sealed structural design completely avoids molten aluminum leakage and splashing, eliminating high-temperature safety hazards in the workshop.
Two mainstream installation and transportation modes are optional: crane suspension type for long-distance and high-altitude transfer in large factories, and forklift type for flexible and convenient short-distance handling.
