Q1: Is Longzhiyi a trading company or an actual manufacturing factory?

A1: Nanning Longzhiyi Technology is an original entity manufacturing factory. It has its own production workshop and R&D team. It independently produces aluminum melt purification equipment, aluminum water channels, filter boxes, aluminum water tanks, and refractory prefabricated components. It is not a trade intermediary and can receive customers for on-site factory inspection and visit.

Q2：Do you support OEM & ODM custom production?

A2：Yes. We provide full OEM & ODM service for molten aluminum launders, degassing boxes, filter boxes and related refractory parts. We can produce according to your CAD drawings, samples or working‑condition requirements, also support minor modification on our existing standard products.

Q3：What info is needed for custom quotation?

A3：Please provide drawings/samples, dimensions, working temperature, media contact, order quantity and special performance requirements.

Q4：What aluminum alloy processes are your degassing units suitable for?

A4：Our inline rotary degassers work for A356, 6061, 7075 and other cast aluminum alloys, for continuous casting, ingot and billet lines. Send us your                aluminum flow rate, temperature and layout for selection..

Q5: What production and testing capabilities does the factory possess?

Longzhiyi factory is equipped with complete welding, machining, refractory pre-forming, high-temperature assembly, and complete machine testing stations.
Raw materials are inspected upon entry, production processes are monitored during inspection, and finished machine simulations are conducted to test the performance of the products before leaving the factory.

Q6:Do you provide material certificates and test reports?

A6:Material certificates, dimension inspection reports are available for all ceramic parts and equipment. Third-party test reports can be arranged upon request.
