Product Composition:

  • Outer Steel Shell

Features a high-strength carbon steel frame with a solid welded structure. It provides overall structural support, prevents deformation, and improves operational stability.

  • Thermal Insulation Layer

Filled between the steel shell and the refractory lining. It greatly reduces heat loss of molten aluminum and cuts energy consumption.

  • Refractory Working Lining
