Our full-set molten aluminum purification solution covers the entire aluminum melt conveying and purification process for aluminum melting and casting production lines. The integrated system consists of modular molten aluminum launder systems, in-line degassing units, filter box systems, and high-performance refractory precast shapes. Full-System Composition
The complete aluminum melt purification system includes four core modules with supporting accessories, forming a closed and efficient molten aluminum processing line:
1. Molten Aluminum Launder System (Conveying Module)
As the core conveying equipment of the casting line, the launder system connects melting furnaces, holding furnaces, degassing equipment, filter boxes and casting machines to realize stable and low-turbulence transfer of molten aluminum. Adopting steel shell + multi-layer thermal insulation + refractory lining composite structure, the modular splicing design supports flexible on-site layout.

It performs online degassing and impurity removal through rotary bubble breaking technology, solving casting defects caused by hydrogen absorption and micro-inclusions of aluminum melt during smelting and conveying.
