Our refractory lining is specially engineered for aluminum foundry and molten‑aluminum transfer systems, widely applied in aluminum transfer launders, filter boxes, distribution troughs and melting furnaces. Made of high‑alumina / SiC composite refractory materials, the lining forms a stable protective layer against high‑temperature molten aluminum erosion, chemical corrosion and frequent thermal cycling.

Multi‑layer structural design combines working hot face layer and thermal insulation backup layer, effectively reduces heat loss during aluminum liquid transportation, minimizes temperature drop per meter, lowers dross accumulation and improves overall casting stability. Available in precast blocks, cast‑in‑place linings and customized shapes to match your existing equipment dimensions.
